INGREDIENTS

1 can (15 ounce) pumpkin

1 cup nonfat, plain yogurt

½ cup sugar

1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon

½ teaspoon nutmeg

STEPS

  1. Rinse outside of can of pumpkin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Add sugar a little bit at a time to reach desired sweetness.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
