INGREDIENTS

2 medium Granny Smith apples

2 tablespoons dried fruit, such as raisins or dried cranberries

3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt

1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

Optional:

1 tablespoon honey

STEPS
