INGREDIENTS
12 green grapes
12 strawberries
1 banana
12 cheese cubes
12 toothpicks or small popsicle sticks
STEPS
- Rinse fresh fruit before food preparation.
- Cut the green stems off the strawberries and discard.
- Peel and slice banana into 12 round slices.
- Assemble fruit kabobs by placing one grape, banana, strawberry (cut side down), and then cheese cube on the toothpick or popsicle stick.
- Repeat until all 12 kabobs have been made.
IDEAS
- Arranging the food on the skewer in the order specified above creates a kabob that looks like a face with a hat – a fun treat for kids and adults!
- Use any combination of fruit or vegetables.
