INGREDIENTS

1 (10 oz.) can of chicken chunks, packed in water and drained

1/2 cup shredded broccoli

1/4 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup dried craisins

1/4 cup shredded cheese

1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

30 baked scoop shaped tortilla chips

STEPS

  1. Put the chicken, broccoli, carrots, craisins, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, and dill in a medium bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover bowl and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve or up to 24 hours.
  3. Serve with baked tortilla scoops.

IDEAS

  1. Serve with crackers, in a sandwich, or in a tortilla wrap.
  2. Substitute lemon pepper seasoning for dried dill weed.
  3. Add chopped peanuts, almonds, or cashews.
