INGREDIENTS
1 bunch broccoli, washed and cut into
bite-sized pieces
2 slices of bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
STEPS
- Make dressing by mixing together mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar.
- Add broccoli, bacon, onion, and raisins to a large bowl. Stir in dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
IDEAS
- Use 1/2 bunch broccoli and 1/2 head of cauliflower.
- Substitute plain, nonfat yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
- Top with reduced-fat cheddar cheese.
