INGREDIENTS
1 container of low-fat whipped cream cheese
1 packet of dry Italian dressing mix
1 large cucumber
1 whole wheat baguette
2 tablespoons fresh or dried dill
STEPS
- Pour the packet of Italian dressing and cream cheese in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Rinse the cucumber and cut into slices, about ¼-inch thick.
- Cut loaf of bread into about 20 slices or ½-inch thick slices.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread. Top each slice of bread with 1 slice of cucumber.
- Finish by sprinkling a pinch of dill on top of each cucumber.
