INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
½ cup celery
¼ cup green pepper
¼ medium onion
½ cucumber
½ cup grapes
1 small apple
¼ cup plain, non-fat yogurt
STEPS
- Use leftover cooked chicken or cook enough chicken to make 2 cups of diced chicken.
- Rinse the celery, green pepper, cucumber, grapes, and apple. Chop the celery and green pepper into small pieces.
- Peel and chop ¼ of a medium onion and half of a cucumber.
- Chop the apple into pieces. Leave the peel on the apple.
- Cut the grapes in half.
- Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together.
IDEAS
- Serve on lettuce, crackers, or bread.
- Substitute canned chicken.
