INGREDIENTS

2 cups cooked whole grain pasta

1 large tomato or ½ cup cherry tomatoes

½ medium green bell pepper

¼ cup Italian salad dressing

STEPS

  1. Cook pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. Rinse the tomato and green bell pepper, then chop.
  3. Add cooked pasta, tomato, bell pepper, and salad dressing in a medium-sized bowl. Mix ingredients together.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Mix again before serving.
